This top rail cover is intended to be used with the DPH Arms Saiga Rifle Tri Rail Systems. Simply remove the two fillet panels that fit on top to tie the trirail into the gas tube. This top rail cover will bolt onto the lower handguard in the same holes and uses the existing screws.
